FAQs

We only accept returns at the moment, no exchanges. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
 
To be eligible for a return:
1. The item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered and in its original packaging. All aspects of the packaging must be there for a full refund.
2. We do not offer free returns. The customer will have to pay for the cost of the return.
3. In the event we do not receive your return, we will require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.
4. Email us - info@athar.uk with your order number and the reason for return and we will get back to you on the details of how to begin the return. 

To note: non-website and custom items are strictly non-refundable as they are made to measure and preferences.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14 day period or for items that are not returned to us in their original, unworn condition.

Complementary Next-Day Delivery for UK orders.

Europe - £10 - 3-5 business days.

Rest of World - £20 - 6-7 business days.

An email will be sent to you with the tracking information of your order once it has been shipped. You can also use our 'Track Order' page to locate your parcel.

Shipping delays may occur due to differing custom procedures. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. If the customs fee isn’t paid and the parcel is returned to Athar, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

Our clothing sizes for women typically range from XS to L and for men S to XL. There is a size guide with measurements available for each item underneath the product description.

Please note that we work with independent seamstresses, not factories, so measurements may slightly vary from the standard size chart. Also, availability can vary depending on the specific item. 

In order to help when finding the right size for you, email us, info@athar.uk with your measurements so we can find you the best size or add them in your order notes.

Information regarding custom orders can be found on the ‘Custom Order’ page and any further inquiries can be sent to us directly!

Please note custom orders are non-refundable as they are made to measure and specific preferences.
